While studying business administration in Bremen, Henrik Buhrdorf gained his first experience in the field of lubricants at British Petrol. After successfully completing his studies, he sought to take the next step in the lubricants industry. His specialisation in logistics and production during his studies, as well as the expertise he gained there, were deepened and further expanded through his employment at Leprinxol GmbH. Today, Henrik Buhrdorf is responsible for customer service and production planning at the company.
Jan-Philipp Ripke

With a degree in business administration and over ten years of experience in the lubricants industry, Jan-Philipp Ripke has in-depth technical and industry knowledge. His work focuses on the sale of tanker truck and export business with own and private label brands, as well as strategic purchasing.
He attaches particular importance to the development and implementation of customer-oriented solutions and to maintaining long-term business relationships at home and abroad, with the highest standards of product and service quality at the forefront.
Isabell Stange
Key Account Manager
After successfully completing her training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, Isabell Stange joined Leprinxol GmbH in 2023. Since then, she has been an important contact person for our customers in Germany and abroad. She is highly committed to supporting both our own brands and our private label products business.
A key focus of her work is the handling of all export transactions. In addition to the reliable coordination of logistical processes, this also includes the preparation of all necessary export documents and careful planning to ensure that business runs smoothly.
